Key areas of support

We provide education and training on using medications to treat chronic pain, opioid dependence, and all substance use disorders (SUD). Our training ensures that providers are equipped with the latest evidence-based practices for opioid prescribing and managing substance use disorders. We focus on improving clinicians' understanding of MAT options, including buprenorphine, methadone, and extended-release naltrexone, and how to implement these treatments effectively in primary care, specialty mental health settings, and treatment organizations.

Fostering Communication & Collaboration

We help organizations and teams develop the skills to communicate more effectively, supporting different sectors—healthcare, law enforcement, social services, and more— to work together seamlessly. Our goal is to align efforts and create a shared understanding across different professional perspectives.

Culture Change Through Education & Training

Our work is rooted in the belief that culture change is driven by education, training, and capacity-building. Synergy provides tailored educational initiatives that address key challenges, such as addiction, trauma, pain management, and stigma. We offer targeted training programs that help organizations, care teams, and communities understand the complexities of these issues and develop the tools to address them effectively.

Supporting Leaders & Advocating for Change

Leaders are essential for driving culture change and setting the tone for organizational transformation. Synergy works with leaders at all levels to equip them with the skills and strategies needed to champion this work, helping to inspire and sustain change across their organizations and communities.
